It is an innovative fastening system mainly composed of three elements: a synthetic coat (TPO-FPO or PVC) waterproof and resistant to UV rays, fixing brackets and an aluminum structure for locking photovoltaic modules.
Fixing brackets avoid: the application of ballast, the need to drill the roof and the possible consequent infiltrations, as they are heat-sealed to the synthetic coat, in this way we manage to maintain a weight of less than 20 kg/sqm (including modules). Smart Power Roof fully responds to the guidelines of the European studio project called “COOL ROOF” that holds the certification GREEN BUILDING COUNCIL Italia Rating System LEED, which make it suitable for the realization of energy-efficient buildings (nZEB), having excellent reflectance properties.
Smart Power Roof is compatible with most roofs, regardless of their scope and it is also available with Broof t2 and t3 certifications, suitable for activities subject to CPI (ref. 1324 VVF – 07/02/12).
